The law that establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers and transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, is Law no. 93/2021 of December 20.

Under the terms of this Law, internal and external whistleblowing channels allow for the secure submission and follow-up of complaints, in order to guarantee the completeness, integrity and preservation of the complaint and the confidentiality or anonymity of the complainants and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the complaint, and also prevent access by unauthorized persons.

To this end, the Rolo Group provides this channel, accessible through the electronic form created for this purpose and made available on this page of the Rolo Group website.

External complaints are considered to be communications of information about possible infractions reported to the Rolo Group, as the competent authority, under the terms and for the purposes of article 12 of Law no. 93/2021, of December 20.

If you intend to make a complaint, the communication to be made to the Rolo Group should contain, whenever possible or applicable, a detailed explanation of the possible infringement, including information on dates, identification of the people and entities involved. It should also be supported, if possible, with documentation.

All complaints submitted through this channel are treated with total confidentiality.
